Directors falling offline in Crestron & Crestron Home

If Crestron is having difficulty staying connected to the Directors, even when the Directors are powered on and their web interfaces are accessible, you should update your Crestron module to the latest version available on our website www.audiocontrolpro.com.

Starting with module version 4.0.1, this issue has been resolved.
