Importing Existing R-232 Code DB into PCS

  • Open Pro Control Studio (PCS).
  • Navigate to Libraries under Controlled Devices.
  • Open the RS-232 Library Manager.
  • Select Device -> Import.
  • Locate your RS-232 library file (.rs232lib) and click Open.
  • Choose specific devices or select all, then click OK.
  • Close the RS-232 Library Manager.
  • In Pro Control Studio, click Add -> RS-232.
  • Select User RS-232 codes to access the imported devices.
