ISR-2 Operation Guide

  • Product Overview:

    • 2.8” capacitive touchscreen with edge-to-edge glass and aluminum frame.

  • Powering On/Off:

    • Charge when the low battery icon appears or battery indicator shows 1 bar.
    • Use the included base station and power supply for charging.

  • Battery Replacement:

    • Slide off the back cover, remove the old battery, and insert a new official RTI battery.

  • Programming:

    • Program touchscreen and buttons using RTI Integration Designer software (v11+).
    • Firmware updates via USB-C connection or LAN.

  • Control Panel Settings:

    • Adjust backlight timeout, brightness, and ambient light sensor.
    • Configure sound volume and haptic feedback.
    • View Wi-Fi details (mode, SSID, signal strength, etc.).

  • Safety Suggestions:

    • Avoid heat, water, and moisture.
    • Use only manufacturer-specified accessories.
    • Unplug during lightning storms or long periods of non-use.

    • 3 years for the product, 1 year for the battery.
