AC-MXNET-CBOX-HA ~ V4.33 ~ 04-17-2026

NOTE: If your CBOX is reading firmware with a version number of V2.XX, please navigate to this page here: https://support.avproedge.com/portal/en/kb/articles/ac-mxnet-cbox-firmware

Please update the CBOX first, before attempting updates on the endpoints. Using CBOX-B/HA Firmware V4.05 or above requires the following in order for RS-232 communication to function properly:
AC-MXNET-1G-D Decoders must be updated to V4.25/V4.28 or later.
AC-MXNET-1G-E Encoders must be updated to V3.44 or later.
AC-MXNET-1G-EWP Wall Plate Encoders must be updated to V1.10 or later.
AC-MXNET-1G-DANTE-E Encoders must be updated to V1.16 or later.
AC-MXNET-1G-EV2/EV2-B/EV2-C Encoders must be updated to V1.10/V2.04/V3.00 or later.
AC-MXNET-1G-DV2/DV2-B/DV2-C Decoders must be updated to V1.06/V2.02/V3.00 or later.

Note: If your CBOX is a standalone version, backup your configuration file before proceeding with the upgrade. The transition from the standalone to 4-in-1 package may revert the configuration to default post-upgrade.

If the physical HA Port of the CBOX-HA is desired to be utilized, please download the "IP-1G-CTL-004_Ver0.08.fwm" file from the below link, and upload the file in the same manner as uploading typical CBOX firmware.

### Bug Fixes


-Fixed an issue that caused MV41V2 endpoints to duplicate their connection socket with the CBOX, resulting in abnormal termination of CBOX services over time.
-Fixed an issue where backend watchdog services would abnormally terminate after 24 hours.
-Fixed an issue where HA Mode would trigger an unintentional failover event after a period of time.
-Fixed an issue that prevented a user from uploading a 1920x1080P custom fallback image.
