Returns a list of AC-MXNET-1G-MV41V2s in the MXnet 1G ecosystem along with their associated decoders and encoder

Adds an AC-MXNET-1G-MV41V2 to the mv41list

mv41_ip = HIP found on the front panel OLED screen under the NETWORK page

MV-41 Main Board API Commands

Description:

Reset the MV-41 main board to factory defaults. This will change the MV-41 main board HIP address to 192.168.1.239 with a /24 subnet.

Description:

Sets the lock condition of the buttons on the front panel of the AC-MXNET-1G-MV41V2

SET OUTx MV LAYOUTy

Description:

Changes the layout of the multiview for the designated output. In the case of the MV-41 main board, there is one output so this will set the layout for the output of the AC-MXNET-1G-MV41V2

  • x = 0-1

    • 0 = All outputs

    • 1 = OUT1

  • y = 0-20 where:

    • 0 = PIP OFF

    • 1 = 2x2 PIP

    • 2 = 1/3(bottom)

    • 3 = 3+1(left)

    • 4 = cascade

    • 5-20 = User Defined Mode (Default 2x2 PIP)

Description:

This command will not activate the layout of a multiview, but will modify the layout of the multiview for the designated output. In the case of the MV-41 main board, there is one output so this will set the layout for the output of the AC-MXNET-1G-MV41V2.

    • 1 = 2x2 PIP

    • 2 = 1/3(bottom)

    • 3 = 3+1(left)

Description:

Changes the tile priority within the layout of the multiview. This will control the tile layering designation which tile is on the top layer (layer 1), the next layer (layer 2), the second lowest layer (layer 3), and the bottom layer (layer 4).

  • t1=1-4 (Tile 1)

  • t2=1-4 (Tile 2)

  • t3=1-4 (Tile 3)

  • t4=1-4 (Tile 4)

    • 1=Highest Priority

    • 4=Lowest Priority

Description:

Sets the state of aspect ratio control and the mode for the image output.

Description:

Controls the 1.85:1 (4) or 2.35:1 (5) aspect ratios letterboxing pillars by stretching the image vertically to remove them.

  • x = 4-5

    • 4 = 1.85:1

    • 5 = 2.35:1

  • y = 0-800

    • Adjusts vertical stretch to remove the letterboxing bars

SET AUD MODEx

Description:

Configure the audio mode for the MV-41 main board. If set to Follow HDMI Out and input tile 1, 2, 3, or 4 are selected, the audio will follow the single source video selected. If set to Follow MVAUD IN, the input tile selection does not affect the audio output.

Description:

Retrieves MV-41 system address.

Description:

Verifies the layout of the multiview for the designated output. In the case of the MV-41 main board, there is one output so this will pull the layout for the output of the AC-MXNET-1G-MV41V2

Description:

This command will retrieve the video coordinate information for a specified layout’s tile input.

    • 4 = cascade

    • 5-20 = User Defined Mode (Default 2x2 PIP)

GET MV PRIORITY

Description:

Finds the tile priority within the layout of the multiview so the user may know the layering designation of tiles. Top layer (layer 1), the next layer (layer 2), the second lowest layer (layer 3), and the bottom layer (layer 4).

GET OUTx ASPR

Description:

Determines the state of aspect ratio control and the mode for the image output.

  • x = 0-1

    • 0 = All outputs

Description:

GET AUD MODE

Description:

Returns the current audio mode for the MV-41 main board. If set to 0 then the MV-41 main board is set to Follow HDMI Out. The the audio will follow the single source video selected. If set to 1 then the MV-41 main board is set to Follow MVAUD IN. The input tile selection does not affect the audio output.

Description:

Shows the current tile input selected audio for MVAUD IN.

Description:

Shows which tile input source is currently selected. 0 means no tile input sources is selected as the current output. If a tile input source is selected, the command will return IN1-4

Description:

Adds an AC-MXNET-1G-MV41V2 to the mv41list that the CBOX is tracking.

  • mv41_ip = HIP found on the front panel OLED screen under the NETWORK page
