ISR-2/ISR-4 Firmware

FIRMWARE UPGRADE PROCEDURE
Over Ethernet
- Ensure ISR-2/4 is connected to the same network as the PC using Integration Designer.
- Choose the "Update Firmware" command from the "Communications" menu in Integration Designer.
- Follow the instructions on screen to update your firmware.
- In the 'Select Update Method' window, select the ISR-2/4 that needs to be updated.
- Click Use Selected Device to send the firmware to the ISR-2/4.

Over USB-C
- Ensure ISR-2/4 is connected to the PC using Integration Designer with a USB-C cable.
- Choose the "Update Firmware" command from the "Communications" menu in Integration Designer.
- Follow the instructions on screen to update your firmware.
- In the 'Select Update Method' window, click Use USB connection to update firmware button.
